Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete the data we hold from the platforms you connect to Echo, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), at any time. This page explains how, and lets you check the status of an existing request.
How to request deletion
Remove the app from Meta. In your Facebook settings, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find Echo, and remove it. Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the data we obtained from your account.
Email us. You can also request deletion directly by emailing privacy@getecho.cc. We respond within 30 days.
What we delete
When you remove the Meta integration, we delete the authorisation grant we stored for your account (your access token, your Meta user identifier, and the linked Business and ad account references), and we revoke the grant with Meta so it can no longer be used.
Organisation-level operational records (such as an audit trail of actions previously taken in a workspace) are retained where we have a legitimate or legal basis to keep them, in line with our Privacy Policy.
